It is so fun when couples and families want to show off their personality or lifestyle in their photos. This can easily be done by incorporating even a single prop or being thoughtful about location choice. Really, the possibilities are endless!
Cole and Megan love to ride around on Cole’s motorcycle anytime they have a chance. Including the motorcycle in their elopement portraits was a no-brainer for all involved and this really put the couple at ease. They were already doing something they normally do for fun — just in slightly different attire. 😉
Here are a few questions you can ask yourself to find out if/how you can help bring your photos to life and make them uniquely you.
- What do you like to do for fun together usually? i.e. Do the kiddos like to help Mama in the garden?
- Is there a fun memory, inside joke, or tradition that would be fun to recreate or reminisce about? i.e. Does Hubby have a cool, old truck that everyone loves to ride around in on the weekends?
- What is something that you think would be fun to do together, but have never done? i.e. Have you ever tried surfing and want your first time to be documented?
